my.SOLIS is a consent-based communication and care coordination platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every person who uses our platform.

• Information you share when inviting people to your my.TEAM.

• Basic device information including device type, operating system, and platform version.
• App performance and interaction data such as feature usage and error logs.
• Coarse regional location at country or province level. We do not collect precise GPS location.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and operate core platform features, support communication and coaching tools, enable collaboration with people you choose to involve, maintain platform security and performance, and respond to support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or tracking. We do not sell personal data. We never will.

AI and automated processing

Some my.SOLIS features use automated systems including AI to analyse content you submit and provide guidance or suggestions.

These systems do not make decisions on your behalf. They do not replace human judgement. They operate only when you choose to use AI-supported features. They are not used for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Sharing your information

We share information only in limited and necessary circumstances:

• With people you explicitly invite through your my.TEAM.
• With service providers who support platform functionality under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
• When required by law or to protect safety.

We do not share personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

We are built to meet Canadian privacy law standards and EU GDPR standards. We use encryption and controlled access to protect your information. Privacy by design is not a feature we added. It is how the platform was built from the start.

While no system is completely secure, we take privacy seriously and regularly review our security practices.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, and resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Children and young people

my.SOLIS is designed for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
