Platform scope

my.SOLIS is designed for users aged 16 and over. The platform is not intended for children and is not directed at individuals under 16. We take steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform as primary users.

When children are mentioned

Many Navigators are parents, caregivers, or professionals who work with children. Communications on the platform may reference children in the context of co-parenting, custody matters, or professional care.

In these contexts the platform treats the wellbeing of children as a primary concern in all AI guidance and actively encourages child-focused, clear, and respectful communication.

Mandatory reporting

my.SOLIS does not replace mandatory reporting obligations. If you are a professional with mandatory reporting obligations and you become aware of a situation involving risk to a child, your reporting obligations remain in full effect. The platform does not limit or supersede those obligations in any way.

Professional responsibility

Professionals using my.SOLIS who work with children retain full professional responsibility. The platform provides communication and coordination support. It does not replace professional judgement or fulfil professional obligations.

Prohibited content

my.SOLIS does not permit the creation, storage, or sharing of any content that sexualises, exploits, or harms children in any way. Any such content will be reported to appropriate authorities and will result in immediate account termination.
